Ryan Mathis
Co-Founder & Head of StrategyRyan has over 18 years of experience in front-end and back-end web development, software development, mobile app creation, digital marketing, accessibility, and user experience design.
After serving in the Army for two years, Ryan turned to pursue a passion for web development, doing development and design for a few marketing agencies and startups in Houston. He has co-founded two businesses, including Baal & Spots, and currently works alongside his wife, Ashley Mathis.
In 2014, Ryan's entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found Baal & Spots with Maher El Aridi. What began as a two-person operation has since flourished into a full-service digital agency with a comprehensive team of professionals.
