About Us:
We are a growing digital agency specializing in results-driven PPC management for small to mid-sized businesses. As we expand, we’re looking for a hands-on Paid Media Specialist to join our team part-time (~20 hours/week) to support campaign maintenance, pacing, and optimization across multiple accounts.

About the Role:
You will be responsible for the day-to-day monitoring and maintenance of Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns. Your work ensures that campaigns stay within budget, performance issues are quickly identified, and optimizations are made proactively. You’ll work closely with our PPC Lead (me!) who will provide overall strategy and technical guidance, while you focus on execution and maintaining strong account health.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily spend and pacing across accounts to ensure alignment with monthly budgets.

  • Conduct regular optimizations, including keyword management, negative keyword research, ad pausing, and bid adjustments.

  • Manage search term reports, audience/placement reviews, and recommend account refinements.

  • Assist in pulling and drafting monthly reports and performance summaries.

  • Implement basic campaign updates such as ad copy refreshes, budget reallocations, and audience adjustments.

  • Help QA tracking setups and troubleshoot basic tracking issues.

  • Stay up-to-date with platform changes and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).

  • Experience working at a digital agency preferred (multi-client management experience a plus).

  • Solid understanding of campaign structure, targeting, bidding, and basic optimization strategies.

  • Comfortable managing budgets across multiple accounts and platforms.

  • Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and/or basic conversion tracking concepts is a bonus but not required.
