Project Coordinator

Baal & Spots is looking for a strategic, service-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing, award-winning digital marketing agency in Houston, TX.

Role Overview

The Project Coordinator will support the Account Managers by creating tasks, creating reports, managing projects, maintaining client communication and collaborating between departments.

Our ideal candidate is a tech-savvy entry-level marketer who is an organized self-starter who works well within a team and is excited to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining day-to-day communication with our clients, and sharing important updates with relevant team members and company stakeholders.
• Organizing and running internal and external meetings throughout the lifecycle of a project.
• Understanding client business objectives and ensuring strategic alignment in creative deliverables.
• Working with department heads to develop schedules, procure resources, and maintain timelines.
• Assist Account Manager in conducting and analyzing monthly reports using Google Analytics, Excel, and a variety of other reporting tools.
• Working with Account Managers in the management of retainer deliverables.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Background knowledge of online marketing and experience in agile work environments, including daily interactions with designers, web developers, and writers is preferred.
• Agency experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Sufficient knowledge regarding website development, search engine optimization, content marketing, and related digital marketing practices.
• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace and Zoom (Knowledge of Project management tools like Monday.com and Asana is a plus).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000 - $48,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM

This position is 100% remote and is contract-to-hire. Candidates must reside in Houston, TX, as in-person client meetings may be required at various times.
