About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Paid Ads Specialist to lead and scale paid media across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic platforms and Amazon. You’ll be responsible for building high-performing acquisition systems, improving ROAS and CAC, and driving measurable business growth through full-funnel strategy and execution.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is equally strong in media buying + analytics + creative performance strategy, and who knows how to test fast, learn faster, and build scalable campaigns that perform.

What You’ll Do

Strategy + Performance Leadership

  • Own paid media strategy across Search, Social, Display, Video, Programmatic and Amazon
  • Build a full-funnel approach: prospecting → retargeting → conversion → retention
  • Improve ROAS, CAC, MER, CTR, CVR, CPM, and other performance KPIs through optimization
  • Develop testing roadmaps for creative, landing pages, audiences, bids, and offers
  • Ensure channel budgets are allocated based on highest profitability and impact

Channel Execution

Google Ads

  • Manage Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and remarketing campaigns
  • Optimize keywords, match types, bidding strategies, and conversion actions
  • Ensure strong structure + tracking for scale and reporting accuracy

Meta Ads

  • Launch and optimize Advantage+ and manual funnel structures
  • Guide creative iteration (UGC, static, carousel, video) based on performance insights
  • Build audience strategy using broad + interest + lookalikes + retargeting

TikTok Ads

  • Build performance campaigns leveraging creators/UGC and iterative testing cycles
  • Optimize for full-funnel metrics: hook rate, CTR, CPA, and conversion lift
  • Work closely with creative team for rapid iteration and trend-based execution

Programmatic Ads

  • Manage programmatic campaigns via DSP (e.g. The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP)
  • Build audience targeting strategies, frequency caps, and attribution modeling
  • Use programmatic to support awareness + retargeting + assisted conversions

Amazon Ads

  • Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
  • Execute keyword strategy, product targeting, competitor targeting, and DSP (if available)
  • Support listing conversion rate improvements with SEO + PDP insights

Tracking + Analytics Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper tracking across platforms: GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel + CAPI, TikTok Pixel, Amazon Attribution
  • Monitor multi-touch performance using dashboards and attribution tools
  • Deliver weekly performance reporting with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Identify tracking gaps and work with dev/analytics partners to implement clean solutions

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • 5+ years in paid media / performance marketing
  • Proven senior-level expertise across at least 3 of the 5 channels listed (Google, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic, Amazon)
  • Strong understanding of funnel strategy, CRO, and landing page performance
  • Able to build a testing + optimization process that scales efficiently
  • Confident in reporting, presenting results, and translating data into action
  • Experience working in an agency environment (or equivalent fast-paced, multi-account setup)
  • Excellent communication skills with team members and clients (written and verbal)

Preferred (Strong Advantage)

  • You’ve managed $100K - 250k+ monthly ad spend (or higher)
  • You’ve worked across both lead gen and eCommerce
  • You’ve improved conversion performance through landing page and CRO insights
  • Familiarity with creative strategy frameworks and UGC production workflows
  • Experience with attribution tools and media mix modeling (MMM)
  • You’re able to mentor junior specialists or help improve process

  • StackAdapt or similar
  • TikTok Ads Manager
  • Amazon Ads Console (+ DSP is a plus)

  • Mixpanel, AgencyAnalytics, Semrush, SpyFu, CallRail
  • Optional: Supermetrics, Triple Whale, Northbeam, Hyros

  • You’ve scaled 6-figure monthly budgets profitably
  • You’ve built repeatable creative testing systems across paid social
  • You understand how to tie programmatic and display into full-funnel performance
  • You know how to improve conversion rates through landing page + UX analysis
