Web Designer

Our team values creativity, innovation, and collaboration, and we are looking for a talented Web Designer to bring fresh ideas to our projects.

Role Overview

The Web Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling, user-friendly, and responsive websites that align with our clients’ branding and business goals. You’ll collaborate with developers, copywriters, paid ads specialists and strategists to design websites that balance aesthetics, functionality, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging and responsive website layouts, wireframes, and mockups.
• Collaborate with developers copywriters to translate designs into fully functional websites.
• Ensure designs are optimized for SEO, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
• Stay updated with modern design trends, UI/UX best practices, and web standards.
• Work closely with clients and account managers to refine creative concepts.
• Create assets for websites including icons, graphics, and banners.
• Design landing pages, email templates, display ads, and other creative assets to support our marketing and advertising efforts.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Web Designer (agency experience preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing website design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Experienced in AI design prompts using Aura, Nano Banana, Sora, and Claude.
• Moderate understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
• Strong eye for typography, color, and layout.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Solid experience building and maintaining design systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Important Note: All applicants must provide a strong portfolio in web design / user interface design to be considered for this position.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with motion/interactive design (Lottie, Framer Motion, animations).
• Knowledge of SEO best practices for design.
• Understanding of branding and digital marketing.

Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM

This position is full-time with the ability of working remotely and/or on premise. Candidates residing in Texas are strongly preferred.
